Craig And His Team Are Great Plumbers!

Craig is awesome! I called him after our current plumber was suppose to come out and install a washer and dryer in our garage, but completely flaked on us. I checked out Yelp for a plumber in my area and Craig had great reviews so I called him. He came over right away to see the job and give us a quote. He was the best priced of all the other plumbers we saw and I could tell instantly that he was an honest and thorough person.

His crew came out a week later and they were on time and did a great, clean job. He even followed up to see how everything was going the next day. I think Craig and his team are great plumbers and great people in general. I met at least 5 different plumbers to get a quote and he was the only one that I felt wasn’t just throwing out random numbers for the same job. Finding an honest and good plumber is hard and I am so happy we found Craig!

Would Recommend His Services To Anyone

We had a plumber come in and quote $1500 in plumbing services and referred us to a water damage restoration company who quoted us $2800. After spending the day calling numerous plumbers and cleanup services, I spoke to Craig and knew from his straight shooter/analytical diagnosis of the problem that he was the person to give us an honest evaluation. He came in on short notice (literally an hour) and helped us out so much. He charged $165 and the cleaning company that he referred us to charged us $980. Craig saved us over $3,000. He is not one of those plumbers who takes advantage of the situation and extracts as much out of you as possible. I am so grateful that I met him and would recommend his services to anyone. The world needs more professionals like Craig!

I Can Not Recommend Craig’s Plumbing Highly Enough!

I can not recommend Craig’s Plumbing highly enough! I had a slab leak in my garage and was referred another plumber by the leak detection service I hired. The other plumbers were completely incompetent and I was left without hot water for over 3 weeks. Despite the fact that I had already paid the other service, I brought Craig on to see if he could save the day. He did, indeed! Within 3 days, he had completely solved the problem, and re-routed my hot water pipes. His work was impeccable and he didn’t ask for a dime until the job was completely done.

Since then, he has conscientiously followed up with me to make sure all was well and he referred me to a terrific dry-wall specialist to patch up the holes that the first plumbers made inside my home. He was reliable and truly an expert in the field. I will be referring anyone/everyone I know to him!

Had An Exceptional Experience With Craig!

I just had an exceptional experience w/Craig. My garbage disposal was jammed and I am not handy in the slightest. I called, Craig answered, I explained the issue, and he told me how to un-jam it myself. He stayed on the phone with me for 5 minutes as I worked to get it un-jammed, and gave me really specific guidance. I was able to un-jam it, and it was obvious that he was genuinely pleased to help me avoid the $150 service call.

It’s not everyday that you call a plumber who spends his time to help you save $ and eliminates himself from making $ just to be helpful.

**Twice in the last 4 years this happened at my house. Both previous times I called a plumber, they came out to un-jam it and I cut them a check. I will not be making those calls in the future because I know how to un-jam it now. This will probably save me over $1,000 over the course of my life!

I Highly Recommend Craig’s Plumbing

I highly recommend Craig’s Plumbing. Craig is a no-nonsense guy who comes across as somewhat gruff. I’ve learned that in his case, that is a sign of honesty. He’s not a salesman, but a highly competent and trustworthy plumber. I had a problem that seemed major. It turned out to be pretty minor. When a service person has the opportunity to take advantage of a customer’s naivete (as Craig did) but doesn’t–that’s someone who can be trusted.

Terrific Follow Up And Excellent Customer Service!

After trying 4 or 5 other plumbers we have put Craig’s on our permanent list. Spoke to him in some detail on the phone when he told us where go go and what to buy to fix the shower controller and valve. We bought what was needed and yesterday the work was done. They were on time, neat and very professional. They had to drill thru drywall on the other side of the the shower wall and it was done carefully with minimal dust. Fantastic!

Update: After installation we noticed shower head was dripping. Contacted Craig who called me back immediately, told me to go back to supplier, get a replacement cartridge and Craig’s would replace it. The cartridge was apparently defective. I did as instructed and, as promised, Craig quickly scheduled and sent in the plumbers and the replacement part solved the issue. Really terrific follow up and excellent customer service!

Working With Craig And His Crew Was So Easy
