Lav Sink Drain Repairs in Los Angeles

This lavatory sink drain was broken below the concrete at a rental home property in Los Angeles and wasn’t draining. After assessing the problem, we discovered it was broken below the concrete. Broken pipes in concrete are a fairly common problem for homes and businesses with old clay and cast pipes and drains.

In order to fix this sink drain, we used a jackhammer inside the bathroom to make enough room to replace the old pipes and drain. Once we removed all the old pieces, we were able to repair the drain and complete the project for the homeowner.
